These terms are the rules for using the Britwum Labs website and our products. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

About our products

Britwum Labs provides Grow Play, the Back to School Bot and this website. The Industrial Sourcing Bot is still in development and is not yet available to use or buy.

Who can use them

You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country. Younger players may use Grow Play only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their use.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Grow Play

Grow Play is an educational game. It is made to help young people think about choices and build good habits. It is not a test, a diagnosis, or professional advice of any kind, and its results should not be used for medical, psychological, legal or school decisions about a person.

Back to School Bot

The bot searches the internet for prices and shows what it finds. Prices, stock and shop details come from other websites and can change at any time, so we cannot guarantee that a price is correct or available when you visit the shop. Check the price and the seller before you buy. We do not sell the items ourselves, and any purchase is a matter between you and the seller.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse our products. This means you may not:

• break the law or harm other people
• try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours
• copy, resell or scrape our content or software without our written permission
• interfere with the normal running of our products

Our content

The content, design, software and artwork of our products belong to Britwum Labs or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use as our products allow.

Links to other sites

Our products may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and changes

We work to keep our products running, but they are provided "as available". We may change, pause or stop any feature, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using our products after a change means you accept the new terms.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Britwum Labs is not responsible for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, our products, or from relying on prices or information found through them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
